Easter Games
Easter Egg HuntsYou will need enough Easter eggs, in all shapes and sizes, for all your guests. Some Easter Games like this one, lend themselves well for both indoor or outdoors, depending on the weather and space that you have. Hide the eggs around the house or garden or both if it works for you. Remember in sunnier climates the eggs will melt if they're left in the sun for too long, so some of you will need to hide the eggs a short time before the Easter egg hunts begins. For those of you with older kids and adults, you can make a more challenging Easter Egg Hunts. Leave a trail of clues that need to be followed to where the next Easter Egg is. Start with smaller eggs, and as the game proceeds the eggs that they find get bigger and bigger. If you have a large number of guests, you can have teams. For large groups, Easter Egg Hunts would be best played at an outdoor venue such as a local park. If you like the idea of a fun challenging Easter egg hunt, however, coming up with fun clues is a real challenge. Then take a good look at this game >>>>> Click Image. While using most of the common items in every household, it includes a simple yet challenging cipher for your kids to break and loads of clues to lead them on the exciting hunt.
It's not necessary to use all of the clues included in the package. The game was designed to be flexible, in case your house does not have every location we described.
Great for ages 5 years +
Easter Egg RacesThere are many variations to the Easter Egg Race. The simplest and best one for the younger children's Easter party games, is to use eggs that fit the size of a table spoon. Use a tea spoon for older children. Now the egg can be a chocolate Easter egg, however you can use hard boiled eggs that have been painted earlier. This Eco Easter Egg Colouring kit is made with all natural ingredients >>>>> For really young children a little blue tack on the spoon can really help, no it's not cheating if they're 2 years old! Mark out a start and finish line. Have all the children line up with their Easter egg and spoon. When the whistle blows, they all run to the finish line. If they drop their egg along the way, they must return to the start line and begin again. The first one to cross the line with their egg on their spoon, wins. Of course they all get to keep their egg, if it survives the race. For a more challenging Easter egg race, include some obstacles in the path between the start and the finish line. For example, include walking along a plank of wood, travelling under a table or moving around chairs. The same rules apply if they drop their egg.

Pin The Tail On The BunnySome Easter games have been around for years and this one is great for tailoring to any party theme. Traditionally a Donkey was used, but you can draw any animal, see examples below. You can create your own large picture of an bunny and you could have the children help with the drawing and colouring in. This is a great party starter, as each child arrives have them pin the fluffy tail and announce the winner after all the guests have arrived and they have all had a go. An alternative for this game is "Pin The Easter Egg on The Bunny" Instead of a tail make a cardboard cut out of a colourful Easter egg. The children have to place it between the front paws of the Bunny. You will need: A large picture of an Bunny, with a large X marked on the position were the fluffy tail should be, Stick cotton wool balls on a card to make a tail, a blindfold, blue Tack to hold the bunny picture securely on the wall. A pen to write the child's name on the position they stuck the fluffy tail. For a couple of dollars why not get the Pin The Tail On The Bunny Game , put it up on the wall and you're ready to go, too easy!! Object of the game: To pin the fluffy tail on the bunny in the correct position. The closest child wins. Instructions: Securely fix the bunny picture onto a wall at eye level to the children's height.Show the first child the picture and show them where the fluffy tail should go.Blindfold the child and hand them the tail.Turn the child around 3 times then put their hand on the bunny's head.Let the child decide where they think the fluffy tail should go.Once they have chosen a spot, mark the spot with their name.
