Kids Birthday Party Games for Ages 3- 5 Years
Kids birthday party games for ages 3-5 years should be simple and not too structured. The only difference from a kids birthday party and a
toddlers party,
is that you will probably want to have a theme to work around.
When selecting the appropriate
birthday party theme,
choose one that your child is currently interested in. I've listed a few ideas below.
Being a typical boy, at this age, my son was really into Superhero's. This is a great party themes for kids birthday parties, especially boys. Costumes are readily available in the shops. Choose from Spiderman, Batman, Ninja Turtles, Iron Man to name a few. I'm sure your own son will have his own ideas!
For the girls, a popular theme from the age of 3 years is Fairies,
having a Fairy Party is easy and fun to do.
Although, if little boys are attending, then you might want to expand the theme. There was no way that my son would dress up as a fairy when he was 4 years old! Try Fairies and Elves, or Fairies and Frogs or Princes and Princesses. Other kids birthday party themes that work for both girls and boys include, Dinosaur Party, Monster Party,
Pirate Party,
Animal Party, Circus Party. Once you have selected the theme, tie in the invitations, decorations and party games to suit. For 3 year old party games, choose the tried and true favorites and you can't go wrong. And remember, keep it simple, only 1-2 games will be enough at this age!
