Toddlers activities are easy to include, you don't need too many and the golden rule is the simpler the better.

This is a good active game for the 2 year old birthday party. While the children are waiting outside of the room, hide a teddy bear or other soft toy. Let them in so that they can look for the teddy bear.
If someone goes near the hiding place, call out, "Getting warmer", if they move away from the hiding place, "Getting colder",. The child that finds the teddy bear gets to hide it for the next round.
